Every year sometime in October we take a trip to Eckerts. Usually Joe has a Friday off for parent teacher conferences and that is always the day that we try to go. This year Cooper happened to be off school as well, which worked out perfect! We were a little nervous about the weather as the day started off. But it turned out to be a perfect sunny day.
