Father's Day

Cooper and Daddy match again. Cooper isn't too thrilled about it.

We moved it into his cradle and his just watched it and watched it, while listening to it play "Take me out to the ball game."

We went out to visit Joe's dads grave on Father's Day. So Cooper got to meet "Papa" for the first time. Cooper's middle name 'Jerome' is named after Joe's dad.



When we set him down next to Papa, he was sleeping but he smiled a couple of times. We think Jerry must have been talking to him.

2 Months

Cooper is 2 Months old. And he just keeps growing and growing. Thought this onesie was approiate to show that "Bringing Chubby Back". He is starting to get a little belly and some rolls on his arms and legs.

This is the first time Cooper was decked out in Cardinals apparel. Most of his Cardinals stuff is for when he is bigger, this one was still a little bit big.. but we just couldn't take the suspense.. so he wore it anyway.

We finally caught his smile on camera. Usually he will be smiling and as soon as we get the camera out he decides to stop. Figures!! But this time Joe was able to catch it. Awww.. and its a BIG smile.

Daddy thought this would make for a funny picture.. and I would have to agree!! But I'm sure one day when Cooper is old enough he will be totally embarassed that is 'tush' was hanging out.. HA ha!

6 Weeks Old

Well its sure hard to believe that Cooper is 6 and a half weeks old already. Time sure has flown by. We are doing well and Cooper just keeps growing like a little weed. We had him weighed last week and he was up to 10 pounds. This week Deb headed back to work. She took a vacation day on Monday, so her first official day back was Tuesday. Cooper was a good little boy and slept a whole 6 hours straight the night before, which was great and really helped Deb for her first day back to work.

We celebrated our 4yr Anninversary yesterday, June 9. Cooper and Joe came up to Deb's work, brought her flowers and took her to Mimi's Cafe for lunch. Everyone at work was really excited to meet Cooper.

Here is a video of Cooper talking to Daddy. Joe was trying to get him to smile. He had just got done smiling quite a few times in a row. But he didn't do it again once I got the camera out.

He looks so cute in his little cloth diaper and cover. We call these his 'Sumo' diapers. Because at first, when he was a little smaller, he looked like a little Sumo Wrestler... HA!
