Cooper 1 Month Old

Its hard to believe that its already been a month since Cooper's arrival. Time sure flies. We are doing well and Cooper is making himself right at home... HA. He had his one month check up on Monday and he weight 9 lbs. 6 ounces. And was 21 1/2 inches long. Which the doctor seemed pleased. Cooper lost a little more weight his first week of life, then he should have. So he was a little bit behind gaining it back. But now he is plumping up and doing great! He sleeps about 4-5 hrs at night which is pretty good. We are hoping that he'll decide to start sleeping a little longer. Especially once Deb goes back to work in a couple of weeks. Other than that the Boeckman family is doing well. Enjoy the new pics below and the other couple new posts.

Cooper is just hanging out in the Boppy, checking out the gang that lives on our bed.

He isn't too sure about the new ugly dolls. Grandma and Grandpa Friend sent a box of goodies for his one month b-day. Including these new ugly dolls and a bunch of other cool stuff.

"Hi, what are you suppose to be?" - Cooper

"Umm, you're cramping my space." - Cooper

Cooper was worn out after that. He is drifting off into a zone.

Visitors to Meet Coop

Coop is lucky to have so many people that wanted to meet him and hold him. He doesn't mind either, he is usually sound asleep. Here are some of our friends that have come over to meet Coop.

Coopers 1st

COOPER'S FIRST OUTING

His first outing was to church when he was two weeks old. We weren't sure how he would do, so we sat in the back in the 'Cry Room'. But he was a perfect angel and slept the entire time. Oh yeah and this was Mother's Day, pretty cool to see him getting blessed for the first time on Mother's Day.

COOPER'S FIRST BATH

After Cooper's umbilcial cord stump fell off we could give him a real bath in his whale bath tub. He wasn't to excited about it though. He didn't totally freak out, but just a little bit.

COOPERS FIRST TRIP TO GRANDMA BOECKMANS

After Coopers first outing to church, we stopped by Grandma Boeckman's.

Cooper got to meet Cuddles for the first time. (Cuddles is Joe's cat that lives with his Mom).

Sneak Peak of Cooper's Photoshoot

I have a friend/ex-coworker Aime Laurent that is a very talented photographer and graphic designer, basically she is just an amazing all-around artist. Aime came out yesterday to our house to do a photoshoot of newborn photos with Cooper. This is just a sneak peak of the photos that were taken. Once Aime is done processing the photos.. I'll add some more to this post. But these are so cute and we can't wait to see the rest of the finished photos.

Aime does amazing work.. check out her website.

First Few Weeks at Home

Just chillin' on the Boppy pillow. Coop seems to like it.

Grandma and Grandpa putting together the bouncy chair.

Cooper really appreciates Grandma and Grandpa's hardwork. He said the bouncy seat is very comfy.. as you can tell!

Heading to Cooper's First Doctor's Appointment

Coop is thinking "Hmmm.. the doctor.. what does that mean?"

Waiting to see the doctor.

Getting ready to get weighed.

Cooper did such a good job at the doctor. He didn't even cry or say one peep while the nurse was weighing him.

Well that was a pretty easy doctor's appointment. Heading back home.
