Almost Sitting Up

Cooper isn't quite able to sit up all by himself. These pictures looks like he can, but we were literally right next to him. He lasts a couple of seconds and then slowly topples over. Or he leans forward and looks like a little gorilla.

Cooper in his church clothes.

Big Boy Food - 1st Veggies

Cooper had his 1st taste of veggies the other day. We started with Sweet Potatoes and he wasn't really sure what to think at first. But after a couple of days I think he is starting to like it. Cooper will be six months soon (next week). He got weighed a couple weeks ago and weighed in at 16 lbs. and 10 ounces. So we are curious to see how much he has grown. It seems like he has grown a lot.

It wasn't the best first reaction. But it was pretty funny! The first couple bites were followed by this classic face. And then he kept opening his mouth but was still kinda unsure.

And we survived the first feeding.

DAY 2 - More Sweet Potatoes

Momentarily fussed. What the heck is this crap.. HA!

Coming back for more, but still unsure.

Ok, this stuff isn't too bad.

5 Months

Cooper turned 5 months last week! He smiles and laughs a whole lot. He actually gets to giggling which is pretty funny! He also thinks PEE-A-Boo is hilariously. Especially when Daddy does it. Oh and he likes Patty-Cake. He still likes his cartoons in the morning while Mommy and Daddy are getting ready for work. His favorites are Handy Manny and Mickey's Club House. He also is really into noises. He likes to make noises with his toys. He thinks that is funny too, basically everything is funny to him.. HA! The other day he slammed one of his toys down and startled Grandma Boeckman and then Cooper laughed because he startled her. Also now that he has found his feet, we occasionally find him sucking on his toes. And like you might have seen in the previous entry, his new favorite thing is his Jumperoo. He loves jumping in that thing! There are some more pictures of that below.

What a ham!

Such a Daddy's boy!

Loving the Jumperoo.

We had our first chilly Fall day this past weekend. So here is Cooper dressed in his 'Sunday Best' for church. Pretty cute!

Deb's good friend Andrea was in town this past weekend. Cooper is quite the flirt when he comes to hanging out with the ladies. Here Cooper is playing with Andrea and Deb's other close friend Holly. Which by the way Holly is Cooper's girlfriend. At least according to Holly. She doesn't mind being a Cougar.. HA!
